Surgical Services:
Our state-of-the-art surgical suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures.

Spay and Neuter: The veterinarians at EMRVC strongly encourage pet owners to spay or neuter their pets. There are many reasons for doing so, including reducing the unwanted pet population, eliminating the risk of life-threatening uterine infections and/or cancer in females, reducing the risk of mammary cancer, eliminating the risk of testicular cancer and reducing the risk of prostate enlargement and/or cancer in males. There are also other reasons that spaying and neutering can help your pet's life, including reducing the risk for perianal tumors and lengthening lifespan.
We encourage pet owners to have their pet spayed or neutered between the ages of 4 to 12 months for ideal recovery time.
(unfortunately we do not accept any spay/neuter certificates. please contact us for a cost estimate for your pet)

Soft tissue: We offer many soft tissue surgical procedures, including (but not limited to): growth/tumor removal, wound repair, exploratory laparotomy, cystotomy.
