Our facility is dedicated to serving our patients and clients with the highest quality care and respect.
Please review our general hospital policies and payment information.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We accept the following payments:

Cash, Check (see below), Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and

We do not allow billing.

We do not accept checks until we have developed a Doctor-Client relationship. (i.e. we cannot accept a check on your very first visit)
Checks are payable to EMRVC. We require a photo ID with all checks.

A fee will be charged for no-show appointments, or appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

We are not a 24-hour facility.

We require all pets to be on a leash or in a carrier.
Please inform us if your pet has a cough or sneeze.
